The Gigabit Connectivity Voucher Scheme (Gigabit Connectivity Voucher Scheme), concerns the connection to the Internet exclusively via fiber optics, with a download speed equal to or higher than 250 Mbps, or alternatively with a symmetrical speed equal to or higher than 100 Mbps (100/100). Under the Scheme, the subsidy of part of the cost of acquiring the service is provided for the first 24 months of the subscription. The total financial value of the Voucher is set at €200.00 per beneficiary. Beneficiaries of the Program are all citizens, small and medium-sized enterprises and traders, without income criteria, who do not already have a connection with a download speed of more than 100 Mbps. Voucher applications can be submitted until 30/09/2025 for individuals and until 15/09/2025 for businesses and traders.
Gigabit Voucher Activation Steps
- Check the map on the Program site to see if you can receive the service at your address.
- If you can receive the service at your address, select “Submit a request”, log in with your Taxisnet codes and indicate whether you are interested in receiving the Voucher for an existing or new connection. You will need to fill in the required details and accept the terms and conditions of the Scheme to complete the process.
- You will receive the voucher (Voucher number) to the email you have registered and by SMS to your mobile phone.
- Please contact us for the connection and installation process, indicating the Voucher number issued.
